About
One person, one company, and the operations that hold it together.
Hi, I'm Paschal. I run an online business by myself, and this site is where I write down the operational side of that: how the money moves, which tools earn their keep, how I launch things, and where AI actually saves time.

Paschal
Writer and operator, Solo Ops Lab
Background
- Built a YouTube channel to more than 130,000 subscribers as a one-person operation.
- Ship apps, and have sold digital products (templates, guides, small tools).
- Did financial work earlier in my career, which is why the money posts here lean on systems and checklists.
- Now operate everything solo: content, product, support, books, and marketing.
"Paschal" is a pen name. I keep the channel and product names off this site so the writing stays about the process, not a pitch.
Who this is for
Creators, indie app makers, and digital-product sellers who are the whole company. If you have ever done customer support, bookkeeping, and a product launch in the same afternoon, you are the reader.
Editorial policy
Every article is written from direct experience or clearly labeled research, with sources listed at the end of the post. Articles show a publish date and a last-updated date, and I revise posts when tools or rules change. Some links may be affiliate links; that never changes what I recommend. The full policy is on the editorial policy page.
Not licensed advice
Nothing on this site is licensed financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. I write about what worked for me as an operator. Your situation, jurisdiction, and risk tolerance are different. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions that matter.
